Galaxie Enhanced Chromatogram Report.
The multi-channel Galaxie Enhanced Chromatogram Report is a custom graphical and tabular view of all data for a given run.
The one-page report displays a chromatogram for all channels (1 to 4), along with a table of results for each peak. It also
performs calculations of peak data across all channels (such as Normalization %).
The report is configured as a post-run Galaxie plug-in. The process renders the report in the industry standard PDF
format which is read using Adobe Reader.

Stream QC Manager. The
Stream QC Manager programs are designed to automate a manual process done today
where chemists must compare peak results for each run, perform Relative
Standard Deviation % calculation, then decide what to do next. It’s a sequence
of runs that continue until a target RSD% is reached, or a maximum number of
runs is met. The solution leverages Galaxie’s API / integration points,
therefore the Galaxie CDS is the heart of the solution.

Sequence Connect. The
ABLI Sequence-Connect programs make it possible to daisy-chain sequences
together, running one after the other. Users configure a list of sequences in a
Windows application that is launched from the desktop. Once the list is
configured, the process can begin. A post-processing plugin must also be
attached to each method used in this process. After the last run of the current
sequence is finished, the ABLI programs close the sequence then open the next
one and start it. Integrated logging and status reporting are built into the
solution.

Excel Integration Toolkit. The Galaxie / Excel Three-Pack provide a
comprehensive, 3 part approach to Excel integration for Galaxie users. Excel
add-in for Scheduler. Toolbar appears in Excel and creates Scheduler Xml files
for each row of data in the currently opened spreadsheet. Excel add-in for
Galaxie Sequence. Toolbar appears in Excel and creates a Galaxie sequence file
based on the currently opened spreadsheet. Galaxie Sequence Plug-in. creates a
Galaxie sequence based on a selected Excel spreadsheet.

|
Bi-directional LIMS interface. A solution where samples are created from
Oracle queries and results presented back to LIMS via ASCII file. The solution
leverages the Scheduler Xml interface on the front end to create sample runs
and submit them to Galaxie. A post-run plug-in is used to read and format
results, and move the file to a LIMS folder via FTP. A Direct plug-in is also
used to move the file to the LIMS folder. This solution is designed to support
13 separate locations with slightly varying requirements. Custom variables are
used throughout.
|
|
Galaxie Sequence to Scheduler Xml Plug-in. A Direct Galaxie plug-in that
appears as a menu / toolbar item and is activated only when a Galaxie Sequence
file (.SEQU) is opened. When clicked, the program creates a Scheduler Xml file
for each row in the currently opened sequence, and stages the files to a
configured location where Scheduler processes them. The solution leverages
validation from the Galaxie Sequence Manager, and then provides secondary
validation insuring each Xml file is valid per customer requirements.

Sample Manager LIMS Integration
Programs. The Sample Manager Export Programs include a post-processing
plugin which queries Galaxie results and prepares a CSV export file in a
customer-specific format. The program supports Multi-channel and Groups. Also
included in a Direct plugin which displays a toolbar button. When clicked, the
user selects an export file and the file is transferred to a configured
location for LIMS import processing.

|
Galaxie Labview Integration Component. The Galaxie Integration component is a designed to facilitate Galaxie
integration within a LabView workflow environment. The component exposes 3 methods which access the Galaxie API:
StartRun – used to automatically start a Galaxie run, Get Status – gets the status of the configured Galaxie system,
GetResult – returns the result for the specified data file and peak name.
|
|
High-Low Plug-in. A post-run Galaxie plug-in that check results at them
end of each run against configured thresholds both low and high. The result
must be between the low and high threshold values. If the result exceeds the
low threshold, a new Scheduler Xml file is created with a specific method for
the low result. If the high threshold is exceeded, a new Scheduler Xml file is
created and staged using a specific method for the high result.

The Huntsman Galaxie
Productivity Programs. The Huntsman Galaxie Productivity Programs
consist of a set of programs that work together to simplify the Galaxie
sequence process, and provide a means to update the method description. The
following list describes each program and its function.
|
|
System Suitability and Relay Activation. A post-run Galaxie plug-in that
checks system suitability after each run. When out of tolerance, the plug-in
activates an alarm via external relay. The program uses National Instruments
DAQ-mx (Data Acquisition) libraries to interact with NI PCI-6520 digital I/O
card.
|
|
Barcode Reader Application. A Windows application that displays a data
grid and supports a barcode reader. When a barcode is scanned, initial
validation is performed then a row is added to the data grid. The user can then
press a tool button that creates and stages Scheduler Xml files for each row of
data in the grid.
|
|
Multi-Channel Export. A post-run Galaxie plug-in that provides a custom
formatted text file designed for multi-channel systems. The program outputs a
header section (by channel) then both Group and Peak results in a
customer-specified format.
|
|
Data Copy Plug-in. A simple post-run Galaxie plug-in that copies the
chromatogram file (.DATA) to a configured location at the end of each run.
